About the Firm
A legacy practice, rebuilt for institutional scale
Messrs. Tengku Safar & Partners traces its roots to 1987, when Dr. Haji Abdul Aziz Bin Hassan founded Aziz Hassan & Co. In January 2026, the practice was acquired and rebranded as TSP — combining that legacy client trust with a modern, corporate-style operating model.
The firm now delivers full-service legal solutions across banking and finance, real estate, corporate advisory, dispute resolution, criminal defence, and Shariah & family law — with longstanding panel relationships across Malaysia's major financial institutions.
Our lawyers focus on legal advisory and advocacy, while dedicated operational teams handle administration, compliance, and client service — a structure designed for consistency and continuity, not dependence on any one individual.
Work@Clearwater, Damansara Heights
Our primary litigation, corporate advisory, and administrative teams sit in Damansara Heights — close to major financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
Wangsa 118, Wangsa Maju
High-volume property and real estate transactions are processed here, close to the Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Petaling, and Shah Alam Land Offices.
